| Abstract | Os impactos ambientais e socioeconômicos do fogo no sudoeste da Amazônia têm sido crítico nos últimos anos. Atualmente, vários produtos de sensoriamento remoto e métodos não operacionais são capazes de realizar a detecção e monitoramento deste fenômeno. Assim, este trabalho teve como objetivo mensurar as diferenças na área queimada total e sob floresta entre três produtos (TREES, JRC e MCD64A1) para o estado do Acre no ano de 2010. O produto do TREES apresentou a maior detecção (2.059 km²) e o menor percentual de áreas não mapeadas com focos de calor (9%), enquanto o JRC, embasado no MCD64A1, apresentou divergências nos valores e na localização das áreas queimadas em relação aos demais. J Em relação às detecções florestais, todos os produtos analisados apresentam proporções semelhantes. ABSTRACT: The environmental and socioeconomic impacts of fire in southwestern Amazon have been critical in last years. Nowadays, there are several remote sensing products and non-operational methods capable of performing detection and monitoring. In this way, we aim to measure the differences in the total burned area, and burned area under forest between three products (TREES, JRC and MCD64A1) for the state of Acre during the year 2010. The product of TREES presented the largest number of detected areas (2,059 km²) and the lowest percentage of unmapped areas with active fires (9%), while JRC product, that its based on the MCD64A1 showed divergences in spatial and total burnt values compared to MCD and TREES. Regarding the detections under forests, all products analyzed shows similar proportions of detection. |
